If you have any hesitation whatsoever about using Damon at Final Measure for your flooring needs, let me curb your concern! I employed Final Measure to replace our builder grade carpet in our house that was 16 years old. Damon steered me in a great direction with some high-quality Mohawk silk carpet that was hydrophobic, with dogs in the house this was very important. He also encouraged me to get a quality memory foam pad with an impermeable barrier on top. The feel, texture, and installation was impeccable! From the time I met Damon till the job was complete, I could not have been more pleased! Working with Damon and his crew was very comforting and enjoyable. Here is what sets Damon and Final Measure apart from the other flooring vendors. At no fault of Damon and Final Measure, the order he placed for our Carpet got lost in a new software system that Mohawk had just deployed. On the day, our carpet was supposed to be delivered to Austin, Texas, it was not. Turns out that Mohawk lost the order in the system. Instead of contacting me with an apology, or contacting me to ask if we could delay the install, Damon, without soliciting my opinion, drove his work truck from Austin, Texas all the way to Dalton, Georgia to pick up the carpet. All to keep the carpet installation on schedule and to make the customer happy! Let’s just say I was beyond happy with the entire experience and absolutely happy with the quality of Carpet and the installation! Damon is a standup businessman that stands behind his work and his word. You cannot go wrong with Final Measure for any of your flooring needs!

I would highly recommend these guys after my experience. The owner Damon is a real stand-up guy. Who truly showed passion and integrity. His boy is a chip off the old block too! Because of these guys I was able to complete my project at half the cost it would have been dealing with anyone else. And their attitude has earned my respect and future business.
